The travel contract

These booking conditions apply to all orders to rest during the Holidays Key. Booking method depends on whether you have booked a "package", or other travel options.

When you book a package, your contract with Clé Vacances. 2. Payments

When booking, you must pay a deposit based on the type of booking and pay the rest of the tour price no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. If you book within 8 weeks of your departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you do not make the required payments, the reservation will be canceled. If you make a deposit and you do not pay the balance on time, you will lose your deposit.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or electronic bank. Credit cards will be charged a 2.53% surcharge, a debit card - 1.41%, a clean banking system - 2.25% and will be paid in addition to the total amount of the transaction.

3. Your Travel Documents

Travel documents will be issued electronically once we have received full payment.

4. Alterations by You

If you want to change your reservation rules after booking, we will do our best to meet your new requirements. You must confirm your instructions in writing and pay us, as shown below.

To reorganize domestic flights Vacances Clé. a standard reservation fee of Rs 300 per person per sector is required.

For non-show domestic flights, key holidays. is calculated as a standard fee for an uninvited 100 rubles per person and per sector

Pay attention to the policy of changing and canceling the booking when using the Holiday key. Services. You may need to contact the nearest airline office (airline) to cancel the booking.

In addition, you must assume all costs incurred by us for change, including any fees charged by suppliers (eg airlines, hotels). Please note that some trips (eg Apex tickets) can not be changed after the booking has been made, and any changes can lead to cancellation of the fee to 100% of this part of the trip.

5. Transfer your booking if you have not traveled (only packages)

If you do not have permission to travel, you have the right to pay your reservation to another person in which the original client and recipient is paid for all the expenses incurred by Holiday Key. 6. Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Most discount tickets for airline tickets pay 100%. Please, check at the time of booking the cost that is related to your ticket. Air tickets that have a cost of return must be returned to Holidays Key, and we will send them to the airline. When Holidays Key receives a refund, you will be paid. For international flight bookings, call 9911 424 838 . For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 500 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. While for international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Holidays Key . Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

Also you must pay any costs we incur in making the amendment, including any charges that may be levied by suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels). Please note that some travel arrangements (e.g. Apex tickets) may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements.

7. Refund Mode

1) Bank Transfer 2) Cheque. 3) Credit Card. Refund duration is minimum 4 weeks.

8. Alterations by Holidays Key

We reserve the right to change the description of any flight and/or ground service before you book, in which case you will be told before a confirmation invoice is issued.


It is unlikely that we will need to make any changes to your trips, but we are planning arrangements for a few months before that. Sometimes we may need to make changes, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor, and we will notify you or your travel agent as soon as possible. If we make any significant changes to your vacation, we will notify you or your travel agent as soon as possible, if there is time before your departure. The compensation that we offer does not exclude you from claiming more if you are entitled to do so.

Force majeure

This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your arrangements one way or another because of unforeseen or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These may include, for example, war, riots, industrial disputes, terrorist activities and their consequences, natural or nuclear catastrophe, fires, bad weather, floods or other natural disasters. 9. Pricing Policy

All of our travel arrangements and fares are subject to availability. Once a confirmation invoice has been issued the price shown on that invoice may only vary as outlined below or if you amend your booking (see Clauses 4 and 5).


The price of your trips may vary depending on the evolution of transport costs (air freight and fuel), tariff and tax changes or maintenance costs (for example, boarding or disembarking fees at ports and airports course. In the case of a small variation, the amount equal to 2% of the account price will be absorbed or retained (excluding insurance premiums and change costs). For large variations, these 2% are still absorbed by the increase, but are not retained for the charges. In all cases, the administrative costs are 100 rupees per person, as well as the amount of travel agents' fees (if any). If this means that you have to pay more than 10% of the invoice price, you have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of all money paid (with the exception of the change fee). We will consider the appropriate refund of premiums paid if you can prove that you can not transfer or reuse your policy. If you decide to cancel under these circumstances, you must do so within 14 days of the date of release of the allowance.

Other travel arrangements

For air tickets, after we have received full payment in cleared funds we will not increase the price. For all other situations, we reserve the right to pass on any cost increase levied by the suppliers.

10. Complaints

If there is a problem when you are abroad, you must immediately notify the interested provider (for example, hotel, tour operator, car rental company, airline) about the problem to be solved. If the supplier can not solve the problem before your satisfaction, you should also contact us by calling India at 9911 424 838 so we can help you. In case the complaint can not be resolved at this time, you must write us within 28 days after your return, indicating the original link to the reservation and providing all relevant information. 11. Passport, Visa and Health Requirements

Please ensure that you are aware of all passport, visa and health requirements and that you allow adequate time to obtain them. You must check applicable requirements with the relevant Embassy, Consulate or Passport Agency. Please note that many countries require that your passport is valid for six months beyond the period of your stay. Requirements can change and it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with applicable passport, visa and health requirements and take all necessary documents with you to gain access to any country or region to which you make travel arrangements or transit through. Holidays Key cannot accept any responsibility for customers who do not possess the correct documents and if you fail to do so, you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage that you incur as a result of your failure.

12. Suppliers` Conditions

Please note that the standard terms and conditions apply between you and any provider whose services are part of your booking. Standard supplier terms and conditions may limit or exclude liability, often in accordance with international conventions. Copies of these conditions may be requested in writing.

13. Flights

Please note that a flight described as "direct" will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the airlines concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirement for passengers to check in on time. Holidays Key will advise if there is any change to a departure/ arrival time previously given to you or shown on your ticket but you are also strongly advised to reconfirm your flights, including departure times, with the airline, 72 hours prior to departure. We are unable to make any special arrangements for you if you are delayed; these matters are at the sole discretion of the airline concerned.

14. Baggage Allowance

Many carriers have exchanged their luggage for luggage and luggage. Some airlines charge for hand luggage and luggage. Call the airline directly to get the latest updates on baggage allowed. 16. Special Requests

If you have any special requests, these will be passed on to the relevant supplier but cannot be guaranteed by Holidays Key.

17. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your whole journey.

18. Copyright and Trademarks

The copyright and all proprietary rights in the Site and all content are reserved by Holidays Key. The material contained within the Site is the property of Holidays Key or its affiliates unless identified as belonging to third parties. The name Holidays Key and any other marks, logos and graphics of Holidays Key displays on the Site are registered trademarks of Holidays Key or its affiliates. Other company and product or service names displayed on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are not granted any right or licence to use any trademarks.
